dotGov Framework - Our all-in-one solution framework

dotGov Solutions, LLC is the developer of the dotGov Framework (DGF)®, an all-in-one environment for modeling, developing, deploying and supporting all our solutions. DGF® is 100% open-source since November 2014, when Microsoft opened up the full .NET server stack. It can run on local servers (“on premises”) and in the public or private cloud using the containerized infrastructure managed with Kubernetes and Terraform. Being cloud-native, our product works well with many popular free, open-source software tools, e.g., Elastic with Kibana, Mongo DB, Redis, Rabbit MQ, Prometheus with Grafana, and a number of frameworks: Entity Framework, Dapper.NET, Serilog, Hangfire and YARP. The middleware includes visual tools for BPMN-compliant process design, development, execution and monitoring, and data management based on the Entity Framework Core ORM middleware.

Designed exclusively for the public sector, our framework includes everything the government agencies need to start providing public services online. The out-of-the-box suite of microservices includes public information portal, service directory, data exchange gateways (APIs), virtual offices (intranets) for the customers and service providers, case management systems, data analytics and much more. It comes with the enabling microservices such as e-identity, e-signature, e-payments, e-notifications and e-logging.

Benefits of DGF:

  • Flexibility
  • Modular Architecture
  • Low-Code and Easy-Adjustable
  • Customizable
  • Safe and Stable

dotGov Framework- A digital assembly line

The dotGov Engine E-services Development Framework aims to be a resource for innovators and developers within government entities and communities to develop local content, contributing to the "build once, re-use always" approach adopted under RCIP-5, thereby accelerating digital transformation. The framework offers several advantages:

  • Improved Productivity: Developers can deploy solutions for entities in record time at reduced costs to the government.
  • Infrastructure Standards: Promotes development infrastructure standards through seamless component stack services.
  • Reusability: Increases the reusability of eGovernment application systems through the utilization of an already developed platform and its components.
  • Local Innovators: Supports the development of local innovators by providing open-source standards within the platform.
